National signing day is here once again. While more than 80% of the top prospects in the ESPN 300 inked their national letters of intent during December's early signing period, there has been some movement so far.
Three five-star prospects ranked in the top 10 entered the late signing period uncommitted. The first domino fell when Shemar Stewart, the No. 6 prospect in the class, signed with Texas A&M. Stewart gives the Aggies four five-star prospects and is the seventh top-30 prospect to sign with Jimbo Fisher.
Fisher wasn't able to get LB Harold Perkins to recommit, though. As the fourth-ranked prospect in the class, Perkins committed to Texas A&M during the Under Armour All-America Game but decommitted later in January, then signed with Brian Kelly and LSU.
The third five-star prospect, OL Devon Campbell, chose to sign with Texas, picking the Longhorns over Oklahoma.
Miami and Oregon also climbed up the rankings when each program landed a four-star running back. Mario Cristobal landed TreVonte' Citizen, while Jordan James decommitted from Georgia to join Dan Lanning at Oregon.
Defensive tackle Christen Miller, the No. 139-ranked prospect in the 2022 class, is staying close to home by signing with Georgia.
ESPN 300 defensive lineman Caden Story went from being an Auburn Tiger to a Clemson Tiger when he flipped his commitment and signed with Dabo Swinney's squad on Wednesday.
1. Texas A&M Aggies

The Aggies signed not only their first No. 1 overall class in the ESPN 300 era, but one of the strongest overall during this period. Their first key pickup was Malick Sylla, an in-state defensive end with a good first step and nice upside. They have since added a pair of DLs with impact ability in five-stars Nolen and Gabe Brownlow-Dindy. Nolen is an explosive and powerful competitor, and Brownlow-Dindy is an agile and versatile big man. Adding those two to a talented D-line group from the 2021 cycle, led by five-star Shemar Turner, can give Texas A&M one of the most formidable defensive fronts in college football. The Aggies also added a high school teammate of Sylla's in ESPN 300 defender Bobby Taylor, a lengthy and quick-footed cornerback. Top-three safety Bryce Anderson was a big win over Texas on the recruiting trail and gives the Aggies a versatile, speedy defensive back. They have their quarterback in Conner Weigman, a powerful thrower with good accuracy, and added one of the top playmakers in the class in the speedy five-star WR Stewart.
2. Alabama Crimson Tide

Alabama couldn't notch a seventh No. 1 class since 2012, but a consistent recruiting power, at the end the Crimson Tide were still near the top. The Tide signed multiple players who rank among the top two at their position, including No. 1 OT Booker, a big, flexible, high-effort player with all the tools to be one of Alabama's next dominant offensive linemen. They scored a versatile athlete in Emmanuel Henderson, an explosive runner with good vision who could play RB or in the secondary. ESPN 300 QB-DT Ty Simpson is the son of a college coach who possesses a compact and smooth delivery. Getting five-star Alexander back into the mix after he decommitted during his junior season was big, as the top in-state prospect can be an explosive and quick front-seven defender.

3. Georgia Bulldogs

Georgia has strung together six straight top-three classes. The strength of the class is built with in-state talent -- the Bulldogs landed three of the state's top six prospects, including Gunner Stockton, a strong-armed passer who was once a South Carolina verbal and will join 2021 four-star QB Brock Vandagriff in Athens. Having fielded some of the top running backs in the nation in recent years, the Bulldogs are poised to keep that position a strength with Robinson, the No. 1-ranked RB. The class includes a solid foundation of talent on defense as well. LB C.J. Washington posted impressive testing numbers at the Under Armour Atlanta camp this past spring, including a 4.21 5-10-5 shuttle, and he can be a sideline-to-sideline presence for the Bulldogs. They further boosted an already strong D-line with commitments from a pair of ESPN 300 big men in October with in-state DL Mykel Williams, who at one point was committed to USC, and Bear Alexander, who rejoined the class after decommitting from the Bulldogs for a period of time. They are assembling one of the best secondary classes in the nation with multiple ESPN 300 defensive backs committed, including No. 1 athlete Starks and No. 3 CB Jaheim Singletary.
4. Ohio State Buckeyes

It has been an interesting cycle for the Buckeyes, who at one point led the pack with the No. 1 class and still remain in strong contention for at least a top-five finish. Initial top target Quinn Ewers, a five-star QB, had created a lot of buzz with his addition and reclassification from the 2022 class to 2021 and getting on campus early. While he entered the transfer portal, reclassification has played a role in their 2022 class again. Just prior to the early signing period, in-state five-star athlete Styles joined this group by reclassifying from 2023 to 2022. Projected to the defensive side of the ball, he gives them a lengthy and versatile player with high upside. Ewers' time may have been short-lived, but the Buckeyes adjusted just fine, adding ESPN 300 QB and one-time USC commit Devin Brown, a late riser on the recruiting scene who possesses good timing and anticipation. They have multiple ESPN 300 wide receivers, including Kaleb Brown, who can be a versatile offensive option, Caleb Burton, Kyion Grayes and Kojo Antwi. Defense is also well represented, including an ESPN 300 defensive back commit in Jyaire Brown. They found success again in the state of Texas adding Omari Abor after the early signing period and he gives them two top-ten DE prospects, joining Kenyatta Jackson Jr. In-state linebacker C.J. Hicks is a well-rounded player who brings strong leadership qualities to Columbus.
5. Texas Longhorns

After guiding one of the most high-powered attacks in college football as offensive coordinator at Alabama, Steve Sarkisian is assembling his first full class as head coach at Texas, one that is in position to be tops in the conference. He is adding players to make the Longhorns explosive, including quarterback Maalik Murphy, a prospect with a big arm. After initially committing to Texas back in August 2020, highly touted QB Quinn Ewers is rejoining the class, now as a transfer from Ohio State after reclassifying to the 2021 class before the start of the 2021 season. They will be protected by five-star OT Campbell and four-star OT Kelvin Banks. The class also features a big-play offensive target from in-state speedster Brenen Thompson. Defense is not being overlooked either, as the Longhorns added one of the top defensive back prospects in the state in Allen, a top-five safety who is fluid with good instincts. The secondary is one of the class' strengths, and the Longhorns flipped a onetime TCU commit, in-state ESPN 300 CB Jaylon Guilbeau. They ended the summer by adding four ESPN 300 defensive linemen, including Jaray Bledsoe, a big man from a smaller school who brings high upside with flexibility and agility. DT Aaron Bryant was an out-of-state pickup who can be a physical and stout presence in the trenches.
6. Penn State Nittany Lions

The Nittany Lions' 2021 class never reached higher than No. 15 and ultimately finished outside the top 25, but in 2022 they competed for the top spot. They have had great in-state success with commitments from six of the top-10 players in Pennsylvania, including ESPN 300 OT Drew Shelton. Key in-state defensive pickups include Dennis-Sutton, who possesses a good initial burst, strength and agility, and Ken Talley, an explosive player with a good motor. They have two quarterbacks in the class, led by top-three QB-PP Drew Allar, a strong-armed passer with good feet, and Beau Pribula, who possesses some traits in the mold of former Penn State quarterback Trace McSorley. Coach James Franklin is on his way to assembling one of the most talented groups of pass-catchers in this class, which includes the four-star Saunders, a good route runner who can create yards after the catch with his suddenness.
7. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Despite a coaching change the Fighting Irish still notched back-to-back top-10 classes. While Brian Kelly left for LSU, many familiar faces that helped build this class are looking to take it across the finish line with defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman now leading the program and doing an excellent job of maintaining it through the transition. Having fielded one of the top offensive line units during the 2020 season, they're working to keep that unit a strength with several ESPN 300 OL commits in No. 1-rated center Joey Tanona from in-state, lengthy and agile Wagner, as well as top-10 OG Billy Schrauth. Steven Angeli, a talented QB prospect who has continued to develop and improve his mechanics, possesses good arm strength and a quick delivery. Running back Jadarian Price not only possesses good speed but is also a tough runner who can produce after contact. ESPN 300 ILB Niuafe Tuihalamaka can be a powerful and versatile presence within the front seven, and top-five OLB Sneed gives the Irish a rangy and explosive player. Four-star Tyson Ford, a defensive lineman, has nice initial burst as well as good agility.
8. Michigan Wolverines

The Wolverines signed the Big Ten's No. 2 class in the 2021 cycle, and they remained near the top of the conference in 2022 as well. The secondary has benefited with strong pickups in Johnson, ESPN 300 safety Zeke Berry and four-star Kody Jones. The rangy and heady William Johnson is a key commitment, as he is not only among the top five cornerback prospects in the class but also the top-rated player in the state of Michigan. Jones, who possesses excellent quickness, is listed as an athlete but projects to cornerback. Berry can be a versatile player in the back end in the mold of former Wolverines defender Jabrill Peppers. The Wolverines went west to California to find their QB, Jayden Denegal, a big, strong-armed passer who can throw the ball with velocity. TE Marlin Klein is a commit to keep an eye on. Originally from Germany but now playing his high school football in Georgia, he is a 6-foot-6, 220-pound prospect with promising upside and the tools to grow into a versatile and physical offensive weapon.
9. Oklahoma Sooners

The Sooners were competing for a top-five class, but the unexpected departure of Lincoln Riley has set this class back a bit. New hire Brent Venables and his staff, though, have the Sooners climbing back up the rankings and into the top 10. The Sooners have a top-10 running back on board in Sawchuk, a wiry back with a good blend of speed, power and agility. They also added late in the process Jovanate Barnes, out of Las Vegas, the same city former Sooner RB great and their current RB Coach Demarco Murray came out of. The new staff made its first key pickup in ESPN 300 QB Nick Evers, who won positional MVP at the Dallas Under Armour camp this past spring. To protect that offensive talent, they have secured multiple ESPN 300 commitments on the offensive line in OTs Jacob Sexton and Jake Taylor. The defense took a hit with several ESPN 300 front-seven prospects deciding to open up their recruitment, but there is still some strong talent on that side of the ball on board. Robert Spears-Jennings, a top in-state prospect with quick feet, could contribute on either side of the ball with upside as a defensive back. Williams gives them another versatile player; the fluid, speedy in-state prospect is projected to the secondary as well.
10. North Carolina Tar Heels

The Tar Heels not only signed back-to-back top-25 classes, but broke into the top-ten this cycle. Mack Brown and staff made several key additions on defense, including two four-star CBs in Marcus Allen and Tayon Holloway. Sebastian Cheeks can be an active presence at linebacker, as he possesses very good agility and can quickly read and react. WR Tychaun Chapman can be a big-play weapon offensively, as he is one of the fastest receivers in this class. Their offensive attack added one of the top blockers in this class in No. 1 OT Rice, who possesses a big frame, good mobility and physical style of play. Coming off a great run of landing in-state talent during the 2021 cycle, the Tar Heels are again having success at home, namely in RB Omarion Hampton and the massive but explosive DT Shaw, the No. 2-rated player in North Carolina. No. 22 OLB Malaki Hamrick and high three-star DE Beau Atkinson were nice in-state pickups on defense.
11. Missouri Tigers

The Tigers have won several key battles inside state lines with commitments from five of the state's top 15 prospects, including the No. 2-rated player in Gracial, a big man who has the tools to be an SEC-quality-impact-type player in the defensive trenches. ESPN 300 ATH Ja'Marion Wayne and four-star safety Isaac Thompson were also big in-state pickups. An outstanding win close to home was landing No. 1 WR Burden out of East Saint Louis High School. He is a smooth, explosive target with quick hands who can be an instant-impact performer. The staff did an excellent job of establishing a strong relationship early on with Sam Horn, an accurate passer from Georgia; the ball can jump off his hands.
12. Stanford Cardinal

The Cardinal recruit nationally and that is represented in their class, which includes prospects from over 10 different states. They have landed a pair of ESPN 300 prospects out of Tennessee in OT Fisher Anderson and TE Sam Roush. Stanford has recruited and developed some excellent TEs in recent years, and Roush runs well, provides a wide catch radius and can be a physical blocker. He has the tools to be another high-level performer at the position. Out of Missouri is Harris, a runner with good vision. A rangy edge defender with solid hands and a good motor, Cooper was a big-time pickup out of Texas. While the Cardinal cast a wide net, in-state talent also remains a key, and they have landed several commits closer to home, led by ESPN 300 LB David Bailey, a physical tackler with quick feet out of powerhouse program Mater Dei.
13. LSU Tigers

Despite struggling on the field and having gone through a coaching change, LSU maintained a strong presence on the recruiting trail and closed strong with Perkins. The Tigers headed into the early signing period with a new coach in place in Brian Kelly, and while he left behind a top-five class at Notre Dame, Kelly Kelly inherited a program with a wealth of recruiting potential and guided the Tigers to a top-15 finish. Always tough to beat on their home turf, the Tigers have commitments from several key in-state prospects, led by QB Walker Howard and No. 2 OT Campbell. Joining Campbell in the offensive trenches are multiple OL commitments from in the state, including top-five OG Emery Jones and high three-star OT Bo Bordelon, an aggressive and flexible big man whose father was an All-SEC offensive lineman at LSU.
14. Clemson Tigers

Clemson's streak of top-10 classes came to end at seven, but the Tigers still signed one of the country's top classes. They added some talent to their secondary with several ESPN 300 additions in defender Sherrod Covil, a physical safety, and CBs Toriano Pride and Lukus, who possesses a nice blend of length and speed and made the play of the week at the Under Armour game with a leaping interception. Offensively, they have a pair of ESPN 300 offensive line prospects in Collin Sadler, an in-state prospect, and Blake Miller, a big body who displays excellent strength. Early on they landed their QB in Klubnik, a state title-winning QB in Texas who possesses a strong arm, good accuracy and the mobility to extend plays.
15. Kentucky Wildcats

The Wildcats have scored some big victories and benefited from a strong spring on the recruiting trail. They went into bordering Indiana to land top-10 OT Goodwin, a big, strong prospect with good flexibility and balance who could contribute significantly on their offensive line. Four-star twin brothers Keaten and Destin Wade were big additions out of neighboring Tennessee, with Keaten a rangy linebacker and Destin a versatile player who could contribute in multiple roles, including competing for the QB position. Fearbry brings excellent length and agility with promising upside to develop into a disruptive edge defender. Kentucky has also had success within its own borders with commitments from two of the top three players in the state: ESPN 300 WR Dane Key and high three-star OG Grant Bingham.
16. Michigan State Spartans

The foundation of the Spartans' class is built on big in-state victories, led by four of the state's top 10 prospects. DT Alex VanSumeren, a one-time Michigan commit, possesses good initial quickness and excellent strength, and has the tools to anchor their defensive line unit in coming seasons. Rangy ATH Jaden Mangham could play on either side of the ball, likely best contributing in the secondary. ESPN 300 WR Antonio Gates Jr. is a nice-sized target with some savviness as a route runner and the ability to make tough catches in traffic. The Spartans went out west to land a talented receiving target in Bernard, who is quick and elusive, and four-star QB Katin Houser, a passer with good mechanics and a strong arm.
17. South Carolina Gamecocks

A key early pickup for new South Carolina coach Shane Beamer was Braden Davis, a poised and strong-armed QB with nice upside. Addressing a key need at QB, they since added two more QBs in Spencer Rattler via the transfer portal and ESPN 300 QB Bailey. The Gamecocks have been building a strong class around their ESPN 300 QB, bolstering their offensive line with high three-star Grayson Mains. They landed several talented defensive backs, including ESPN 300 safety Peyton Williams, a physical presence; top-20 CB Nelson who can be a well-rounded defender and four-star Kajuan Banks, a prospect with good quickness and ball skills. Keep an eye on linebacker Stone Blanton, as he possesses the size, strength and speed to contribute early.
18. Auburn Tigers

Head coach Bryan Harsin picked up some recruiting momentum later in the process and has the Tigers moving in the right direction. JaDarian Rhym was a big flip from LSU at corner with excellent instincts and ball skills. Safety Tre Donaldson is a terrific athlete who will also play basketball at Auburn. Hometown pickup Powell Gordon is an underrated edge defender with good initial quickness and active hands. The first player on board for the 2022 cycle was QB Geriner, an accurate passer with a strong arm.
19. Miami Hurricanes

Mario Cristobal inherited a smaller class in Coral Gables, but it was stacked with talent at the QB and skill positions. ESPN 300 CB Rogers has top-level ball skills and lockdown speed and hips. No. 6 QB-DT Jacurri Brown has a strong arm and good mobility as a runner, and he shows Justin Fields flashes but still has a lot of passing development ahead of him. Cristobal's return home included a big flip right before the end of the early signing period pulling rangy ESPN 300 TE Skinner away from Alabama. ESPN 300 OLB Wesley Bissainthe and safety Markeith Williams bring good length and range to the back seven.
20. Florida State Seminoles

The Seminoles have had struggles at quarterback in recent years, but Mike Norvell has secured his passer for the 2022 cycle in Duffy. A coach's kid who will arrive in Tallahassee from IMG Academy, he will bring good accuracy but strong instincts and should come in ready to compete for playing time immediately. The Seminoles lost a huge commit on singing day when No. 2 prospect Travis Hunter flipped to FCS program Jackson State. They did, however, add ESPN 300 DB McCall, who is an explosive player and can be a sideline-to-sideline presence in the secondary.
21. Arkansas Razorbacks

Owning home is a must at Arkansas, and Sam Pittman and staff are accomplishing that with eight of the state's top 10 prospects committed. Leading that group is a pair of four-star O-line prospects in ESPN 300 OT Andrew Chamblee and E'Marion Harris. In the defensive trenches, in-state DT Nico Davillier can be a stout and strong presence against the run. Three-star Peach State athlete Rashod Dubinion projects as a multi-purpose weapon on offense.
22. Tennessee Volunteers

New head coach Josh Heupel is targeting offense with his first full class. That includes several O-line commitments in ESPN 300 OT Nichols, a huge win on the recruiting trail, and Maurice Clipper Jr., a four-star OG who is a flexible big man with good body quickness. At QB, the Vols added Tayven Jackson, a passer with a smooth release, good arm strength and promising upside. They also have commitments from multiple WRs, including from in-state four-star Cameron Miller. Kalib Perry, who projects to linebacker, tested well at this past spring's Ohio Under Armour camp and could contribute in several ways.
23. Ole Miss Rebels

Lane Kiffin is looking to further build recruiting success off a 10-win season. The Rebels signed a top-five in-state prospect in DT Zxavian Harris, a big body who can be a tough interior run-stuffer. A pair of four-star CBs are on board in Nick Cull, a key defensive pickup out of Georgia, and Igbinosun, a long, quick-footed and physical defensive back. Potential future pass catchers include Larry Simmons, a polished route runner, and Kyirin Heath, a smooth, lengthy target. The transfer portal played a big role for the Rebels in 2022 as they signed potentially one of the most impactful transfer classes.
24. Indiana Hoosiers

Head coach Tom Allen and his staff have worked the transfer portal hard but have also balanced that with some strong prep pick-ups as well. Former Ohio State commit McCullough is a big, aggressive defender with good agility and can make an impact for the Hoosiers. They continue to do well in Florida with several four-star defensive pickups, including CB Trevell Mullen. Four-star OL Demon Moore was a nice in-state get, as was three-star WR Omar Cooper.
25. Arizona Wildcats

Assembling his first full class, Jedd Fisch has the Wildcats in line for a stronger finish than a year ago. Among the worst rush defenses in the country, they have two strong front-seven pickups in Sterling Lane and high three-star Tyler Martin. Lane can be a disruptive edge rusher with good speed and body control, and Martin is a thick, strong and physical defender who could develop at ILB or play with his hand down. OG Grayson Stovall and DE Russell Davis II were big pickups from Hamilton High, one of the top programs in Arizona. Davis needs to add mass but can be an explosive pass-rusher. ESPN 300 WR McMillan is a lengthy and crafty target, and Kevin Green was a nice addition just prior to the early signing period; he might have a diminutive build, but he is quick and tough to handle when he gets in space.

Rutgers brought back head coach Greg Schiano to try to elevate the program after years of struggles on the field and in recruiting. So far, Schiano is signaling he can deliver and has Rutgers ranked among the top classes in the Big Ten. Keeping top talent close to home will be key, and an early indication he is up for that fight was landing Allen, the No. 2-ranked player in New Jersey. He has also landed several other solid in-state commitments, notably from three-star DE Kenny Fletcher. The Scarlet Knights went into neighboring Pennsylvania to get Anthony Johnson, a top-10 ILB, and returned to Florida, where Schiano had a lot of success during his first stint, to land a commitment from four-star WR Amarion Brown. QB Gavin Wimsatt, who combines a smooth delivery with the ability to throw for power, was a key part of this 2022 class, but Rutgers did not have to wait to get him on campus, as he reclassified and enrolled this fall.

Their class includes a talented signal-caller in Garret Rangel, a player who displays good instincts and timing. His live arm can be a nice fit in Mike Gundy's offense. Several other offensive weapons include a trio of four-star running backs in Ollie Gordon, the diminutive-but-lightning-quick Braylin Presley and C.J. Brown, who has the tools to be a productive all-purpose back.

On the offensive line, three-star in-state OT Ethan Green has an ideal frame to develop.

DB Jahlil Florence and OL Dave Iuli were nice late adds out of the state. James, a physical runner with good balance, was a big flip on signing day. The former Georgia defensive coordinator should be happy to have four-star LB Harrison Taggart on board, who has excellent range.

Louisiana-Monroe transfer Evan Henry has also committed from the portal to help along the offensive line. Jackson State, which secured multiple heavily recruited players such as Deion's son QB Shedeur Sanders in 2021, could become a big factor in 2022 on the heels of the momentous commitment from Hunter.

Louisville stacked its defensive front, which was a need. Edge rusher Williams is one of the most versatile ends in the ESPN 300. Selah Brown and Tawfiq Thomas are big-bodied defensive tackles who can stop the run. QB Khalib Johnson and WR Chance Morrow should develop into a formidable passing connection.

Nebraska has failed to make an impact on the field under Scott Frost. Recruiting has taken a slide as well, but hope is this class has the pieces to help jump start this once dominant program. Gould is a top-10 corner from New Jersey who is physically advanced and runs extremely well. Jalil Martin is rated as an athlete but should start in the secondary. He possesses size, length, range and ball skills. WR Bonner battled injury in high school, but is a talented target and could end up being a signing day steal.
62. Duke Blue Devils

After a long tenure by David Cutcliffe, Duke will be starting a new era with new coach Mike Elko, who takes over a solid 2022 class to build upon. In-state WR Mehki Wall is agile and can make plays as a receiving target and returner. QB Henry Belin IV brings good tools to develop, as he displays poise and ability to be accurate as a passer. Rivers is a diminutive but quick-footed and instinctive corner.

Kansas State lacks headline names entering signing day, but that's nothing new. The Wildcats are one of the best programs at developing competitive, under-the-radar talent. OL John Pastore fits the model: a powerful and tough, physical prospect with length to add considerable bulk. QB Lara was a nice late add to the class, as the ball jumps off his hand and he throws a good deep ball. In the defensive trenches, Vaai Seumalo is an ESPN JC50 prospect with size to force double-teams and eat up space.
64. California Golden Bears

The Golden Bears' class started off more promising but lost some key prospects, including QB Justyn Martin. They do have a pair four-star offensive prospects on board in OL Ramsey, who has a great frame to develop and is very agile, and RB Jaydn Ott, a runner with good speed and vision. Burrell is a strong DT who wins with leverage and a strong push. A plug-and-play type who could see early playing time.
65. Pittsburgh Panthers

The Panthers have gone out of state for most of the impact prospects in this class. Gandy is a four-star corner with very good speed and recovery quickness. Che Nwabuko has 10.5 100-meter track speed and will most likely be deployed at running back. Baer is a big and physical guard with bend and mobility in pass protection.
66. Washington State Cougars

Not a big-name type class, but four-star Dollar was a huge pickup down the stretch and will add versatility to the passing game. Most of Syracuse's class resides on the defensive side of the ball, led four-star DL and one-time Florida commit Nolton. ATH Dom Foster will develop at corner, as he possesses good ball skills with his tall, lengthy frame. Jeremiah Wilson is another speedy DB with good hands, as is fellow CB Quan Peterson. On offense, Brown can stretch the defense at WR with impressive speed and length.
68. Wake Forest Demon Deacons

As seen this fall, Wake Forest develops players as good as any other program in the country. This class lacks four- and five-stars but is filled with high-upside players. WR Girard could be the next great pass-catcher for the Deacons; he's a polished route runner with 4.5 speed. CB Stevenson lacks some size but makes up for it for excellent hands and playmaking ability. Keep an eye on Eli Hall, who has size and a good combination of speed and power off the edge.
69. Memphis Tigers

The Tigers pulled high three-star DT White out of Georgia, who with good strength and active hands can be a tough run defender. JC50 OG Terrance McClain could step in and quickly contribute.

The Aztecs leaned on the talent-rich home state of California. CB Josh Hunter is diminutive but quick with excellent ball skills.

The Roadrunners took the Conference USA title and picked up speed toward the end of the 2022 cycle with several of their top commits coming in the final month. Defensively, some late strong additions included LB Kaleb Brown, a sound, physical tackler, and JC50 top-five CB Zah Frazier. High three-star Pewee is an agile LB with good range. While defense defines this class, offensively, Wilson is a long but quick receiver that should develop into another productive target for their offense as they begin to lose some key contributors at that position.

New head coach Jay Norvell is starting off his tenure on a strong note. The Rams landed one-time UCLA commit Fox, an ESPN 300 WR who can not only be a weapon in the passing game, but also can contribute in the return game as well. They have a few options at QB in this class, including Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi. His ball has good zip on it, and he can also extend plays and elude trouble.

QB Bryce Archie is a bit raw but can create as a runner and has good physical tools to develop.
75. Arkansas State Red Wolves

The offensive line was addressed with high three-star OT Zollicoffer and in-state OG Chase Jessup.

ASU went 8-5, but expectations were higher and the NCAA investigation has not helped recruiting. White currently is the Sun Devils' only ESPN 300 prospect, but he should be a playmaker and involved early. He's very quick and elusive and creates favorable matchups in the passing game. DL Robby Harrison, a big-upside prospect out of South Carolina, has size and burst to disrupt inside. In addition to multiple transfers, they also hit the junior colleges to try and add some immediate contributors including JC50 No. 3 DE Dylan Hall.

Lance Leipold did a great job of evaluating and developing talent at Buffalo and will need to do so again -- at least early on -- at Kansas. S Kaleb Purdy has good quickness and can be a tone-setter, as he likes contact and can deliver big hits. Dilworth out of Florida was a nice boost to the class late in the process, as he is a CB with a nice closing burst and physical style. ESPN JC50 TE-Y Tevita Noa is the top at his position at the juco level.
